A small senior studio that decided to fix law-firm websites.
ShareCo is a studio under ShareCo Development Inc., founded by Elliot Saha. We rebuild websites for small, solo, and boutique law firms. The kind of site a searcher trusts, an answer engine recommends, and a vendor can never take away from you.

A good lawyer kept losing to a worse website.
We kept seeing the same thing. A sharp, well-reviewed lawyer, genuinely the right choice for the person searching, losing clients to a slower competitor for one reason: the website.
And it usually was not even the firm’s fault. They had been sold a site by one of the big legal-marketing vendors. It looked fine in the demo. Then the bill arrived every month, the site loaded slowly, the intake form went nowhere useful, and the firm found out they did not own any of it. Stop paying and the whole thing goes dark.
The newer problem is quieter. Clients now ask ChatGPT and Google’s AI overview for a lawyer, and those rented template sites are invisible to the engines doing the recommending. The firm never sees the lead. It never knows it lost it.
So we built ShareCo to do one narrow thing well. Rebuild that site as something the firm owns, that loads fast, that answer engines can read, and that turns the people already finding you into signed clients.
- Small and senior
- A tight team doing the work directly. No account-manager layer between you and the people building your site.
- Part of ShareCo Development Inc.
- ShareCo operates under ShareCo Development Inc., a Canadian corporation founded by Elliot Saha. One studio, one focus.
- One audience
- We only build for law firms. That focus is the whole advantage. We know how legal clients actually choose.

The vendors took your front door, they rent it back to you.
We are not subtle about who we built ShareCo against. The legal-marketing vendors made law firms distrust web companies in the first place. Here is the model we refuse to run, and the one we run instead.
- ScorpionBig retainers, a site you rent, and a slow template no answer engine can read.
- FindLaw / Thomson ReutersYour content lives on their platform. Stop paying and it disappears with them.
- Justia & the template millsA thousand firms get the same shell with the name swapped in. Nothing that converts.
- You own everythingCode, domain, content, and analytics in accounts under your name. Fire us tomorrow and your site keeps running.
- One fixed priceA defined rebuild quoted before you commit. No retainer to keep your own site online, no contract holding your domain.
- AEO in every buildAnswer Engine Optimization so your firm gets recommended when clients ask AI for a lawyer. The vendors above do not do this.
Four convictions the whole studio runs on
Not a mission statement. These are the decisions we have already made, so you do not have to argue us into them.
You should own the thing that wins you clients
Your website is the front door to your practice. Renting it from a vendor who can switch it off the day you stop paying is a hostage situation, not a marketing strategy. We build sites you keep. Your domain, your code, your content, in accounts under your name.
A site has one job: turn a searcher into a consult
Pretty is not the point. The point is the person Googling a lawyer at 11pm, scared and skeptical, who has to trust you in ninety seconds and reach you in two taps. Speed, clarity, proof, and an intake form that works on a phone. Everything serves that moment.
Get recommended when clients ask AI
More people open ChatGPT or Google's AI overview before they ever dial. Answer Engine Optimization is how your firm lands on that short list. We build it into every rebuild. The vendors renting firms slow sites have not even started.
Fixed scope beats the open-ended retainer
The legal-marketing industry runs on ambiguity: vague deliverables, fees that never end, a site you cannot take with you. We sell a defined rebuild. A real price, a real timeline, a finished product. Then we get out of your way.
Why law firms specifically
Choosing a lawyer is not like choosing a restaurant. The stakes are high, the decision is anxious, and trust has to be established before a single word is exchanged.
That makes a law firm’s website do unusually heavy lifting, and a generic template unusually costly. We chose this one audience so we could get that moment right instead of being mediocre at everything.
Mobile
Most prospective clients arrive on a phone, on cellular data, often late and stressed.
Seconds
Trust is won or lost in the first screen, before they read a word about your cases.
AI search
A growing share start by asking an assistant who the best lawyer near them is.
Skeptical
Legal clients are wary by default. Generic, slow, or salesy reads as untrustworthy.
The standard we hold every rebuild to
A rebuild only counts if it does the job. Four things have to be true before we will call a site finished.
Loads fast on a phone
Most legal clients arrive on mobile, on cellular, often in a moment of stress. If the page makes them wait, they hit back and call the next firm. We hold a hard bar on speed and weight.
Earns trust in the first screen
Real credentials, real practice areas, plain language about how you help. No stock-photo handshakes, no filler. The visitor should know in seconds that you are the right lawyer and a safe choice.
Gets read by answer engines
Clean structure, legal and FAQ schema, practice and location signals that match how people ask AI for a lawyer. The work that gets your firm surfaced, written into every build.
Makes contact effortless
Click-to-call, a short intake form that works one-handed, clear next steps. A consultation should never be more than a thumb away, and the request should land somewhere you actually see it.
What we refuse to do
The practices we position against are exactly the ones that made law firms distrust web vendors in the first place. We do not do them, on principle, and because they do not work.
- Guaranteed rankings, guaranteed cases, or any number we cannot stand behind.
- Locking your site, domain, or content behind our platform.
- Open-ended retainers that bill forever for work that should ship and finish.
- Stock-photo trust theater in place of your real credentials.
