Who we are

ShareCo is a productized website studio operated by ShareCo Development Inc., a Canadian corporation. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “ShareCo,” it means ShareCo Development Inc.. You can reach us at hello@shareco.ca.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through our contact form. That is:

• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your firm or practice name.
• Your practice area.
• The URL of your current website, if you provide one.
• Anything you write in the message field.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not run advertising trackers or sell-your-attention pixels on this site. If our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and request times for security and uptime), those are used only to operate and protect the site.

Why we collect it

We use what you send for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry, prepare a teardown or proposal, and communicate with you about a possible website rebuild. That is the whole list. We do not use your information to build profiles or to market unrelated products.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with data brokers or advertisers. We position ourselves against the lock-in-and-resell tactics common in legal marketing, and we hold ourselves to the same standard with your data.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate, for example hosting infrastructure and email delivery. These providers process information only on our behalf, only to deliver their service, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our correspondence. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal reason to retain it, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@shareco.ca and we will handle it.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
