One fixed number. No hourly meter, no lock-in.
Three productized packages, each fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. The figures below are honest starting numbers. After a free teardown of your current site you get one fixed quote for your exact scope before you commit. AEO is included in every tier, which is the part your competitors’ vendors skip.
- You own your site & domain
- Fixed scope, fixed price
- Live in ~4 weeks
Three rebuilds, scoped to your firm when it ships, you own it
Pick the scope that fits where your firm is today. Each package is a one-time engagement, not a retainer. AEO appears as an included line in every one, because getting recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI overviews is the part that actually moves new clients now.

AEO is a line item, not an upsell
When a client asks an assistant “who is the best lawyer near me,” it answers with a short list of firms. Answer Engine Optimization is how you earn a place on that list: clean structure a machine can read, legal and FAQ schema, and content written for how people actually ask. It ships in Foundation, Practice, and Signature, at no extra charge.
The rented vendors do not do this. Scorpion, FindLaw, Thomson Reuters, Justia, and the template mills hand firms a slow site no answer engine can read, then bill a retainer for it. You get an AEO-ready site you own.
Included at every tier
- Structured, machine-readable content AI engines can quote
- Legal-services and FAQ schema so answers get surfaced
- Practice-area and location signals matched to real searches
- Content shaped for how clients phrase questions to AI
Rent a site forever, or own a better one once
The incumbents bill monthly, on contract, for a site you can never take with you. A rebuild is a one-time cost and the asset is yours.
The rented model
Scorpion · FindLaw / Thomson Reuters · Justia
$1,000–3,000/mo
often on multi-year contracts
- Commonly tens of thousands over two years
- You never own the site, domain, or content
- Stop paying and the site goes dark
- No AEO, so AI search skips you anyway
The ShareCo model
A one-time rebuild you own outright
$2,000once
Practice package, the one most firms pick
- Usually less than two months of a typical retainer
- You own the code, domain, and content forever
- Fire us tomorrow and the site keeps running
- AEO built in, so AI search can recommend you
Want us to keep the lights on? Care.
Recurring help without the lock-in. Cancel any month and you keep your site. Care is a convenience, never a contract you are trapped in.
$99/mo, from
No early-termination fee. The rebuild is yours either way. Care just means we stay on call.
- Managed hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring
- A set number of small content edits each month, handled async
- Ongoing AEO and content iteration as answer engines change
- A simple monthly traffic and calls report
What a skeptical lawyer asks first
Straight answers, before you send a number back. The final price is a fixed quote, given only after the free teardown.
Why is each price a starting number, not one exact figure?
A five-page solo site and a ten-page firm with a content migration are not the same job. The starting figure is the honest floor for the package. Once we have seen your current site, usually during the free teardown, you get a single fixed number for your exact scope before you commit. From there it never moves on an hourly meter.
Is the Care plan required?
No. Every rebuild stands on its own and is yours to host and edit however you like. Care is month-to-month and cancel anytime, a convenience and not a contract you are trapped in. Lock-in is the legal-marketing industry's favorite trick, and building against it is the whole reason this studio exists.
What is not included?
Paid ad management, third-party software your firm subscribes to (CRM seats, call-tracking numbers, premium fonts) and content writing beyond what the package specifies are billed by those vendors, not buried in our price. If your project needs something outside the package, we scope and quote it up front. No surprise change-order invoices.
How does this compare to Scorpion or FindLaw?
The incumbents typically bill a monthly retainer on a multi-year contract for a site you never own, and one that no answer engine can read. A Practice rebuild is a one-time two thousand dollars, AEO included, and you walk away owning the asset outright. You can rent a site forever, or own a better one once.
